Each August, CedarStone participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time when staff can be open and honest about their feedback. A third party collects the data, ensuring it remains truly anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.
As the Assistant Executive Director, promoting employee appreciation is a key part of my role. I make it a priority to recognize our hard-working team members not just during special events or staff meetings, but through public shoutouts or thank-you notes in the mail.
